Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be lightly used (less than 25% of the product used) and in its original packaging.

Due to the natural nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that are more than 25% used, or that were damaged due to improper storage.
How to Start a Return

Email us at rawhoney360@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—promise!
Final Sale Items
Any items marked Final Sale or purchased with deep discounts (40% off or more) are not eligible for return or refund.
